Work Request Update

We have just updated our work request system for the benefit of those associations with and office administrator or maintenance person entering Work Requests on behalf of owners.

Previously, only owners who entered their own work requests would see those requests (except for administrative or assigned maintenance personnel and Board Members, who would always see everything).

We have updated the system so that any owner listed in the 'Affected Owners' section of the work request would see that work request.

As long as administrative persons include 'Affected Owners' when adding or editing work requests, those owners can monitor progress.

Michael,
That is a great improvement. I would like to see a couple more enhancements to help with this feature.

Create within the unit owners listing a new column for "Building" in order to distinguish between building and unit number for associations with multiple buildings running concurrent unit numbering plans.

The ability to set up notify groups within associations for WO notifications. i.e. a garage repair would only affect the unit owners in one building. A pool repair may affect the entire association. The ability to set up groups would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to see the Owners listings a little more Outlook.csv friendly. That way we would be able to maintain the database in a standard that we could submit upload to the server when completing multiple changes as opposed to editing everything through the website.

Thank you,
